Help with CO2 and O2 tables, max attempts, drills, reminders and your logbook.
We usually reply within two working days.
Common questions
How are my tables calculated?
They are built from the max hold in your profile. A CO2 table uses a fixed hold of around half your max while the rest shrinks each round. An O2 table keeps a fixed rest while the hold grows toward about 80% of your max. You can tune intensity in the table studio or build a custom table.
How do I update my max hold?
Open Max attempt from the home screen. After a guided breathe-up, hold and release; a new best is saved and every table adjusts automatically. You can also edit it in your profile.
What does "first contraction" mean?
The first involuntary diaphragm contraction during a hold. Tap the marker when it arrives and the app charts how much of each hold stayed easy, the ease phase.
I don't hear the voice cues.
Check Settings → Voice cues is on and use "Preview the voice". Make sure the ring/silent switch and media volume allow sound. Cues use the language of your device.
Reminders don't arrive.
Open Reminders in the app and check the permission status. If notifications are off, tap "Open Settings" and allow them for Static Table. Focus modes can also hold notifications back.
How do I attach a photo?
Open an entry in the logbook or the summary after a session and tap the photo button. Choose the camera or your library. Photos stay inside the app.
Can I export my log?
Yes. In the logbook tap the share icon to export your entire log as a file, or share a single session as an image card.
Does the app work offline?
Completely. There is no account and nothing is sent to a server.
How do I start over?
Settings → Reset all progress erases your log, photos and settings from this device. It cannot be undone.
Moving to a new phone?
Your data travels with a standard iCloud or computer backup restore of your device.
